We are happy to provide delivery service and setup for our customers. Our sales personnel can advise you as to the current charge for delivery to your area.
If you wish to schedule a delivery, please call the store at 619-442-7706. Please have your receipt or invoice available. Deliveries must be scheduled three (3) days in advance in most cases, however, we deliver North of La Jolla and East of Pine Valley on Saturdays only.
Deliveries are scheduled on an A.M. or P.M. time frame. Morning deliveries are 8:30-12:30 and afternoon deliveries are 1:00-6:00. Please record the date and time frame on your receipt or invoice when you schedule. We cannot specify or guarantee exact delivery times. You must be home during the scheduled morning or afternoon slot. We cannot make any exceptions.
Be ready for your delivery. If is your responsibility to have space cleared for your purchase. Our drivers are not permitted to move or rearrange your household items.
COD payments are not accepted. Full payment must be made prior to delivery. We do not accept money orders or temporary checks. There is a $30.00 charge for any returned check. If we make an error on collections, the customer is obligated to present payment to the store within 24 hours of original delivery. We are not obligated to leave any goods in your possession if full payment is not made.
If no one can accept delivery at the scheduled date and time, please call the store phone number shown on your invoice or receipt by noon of the day prior to delivery to reschedule the delivery. If our truck arrives as scheduled and no one is available to accept the delivery, any subsequent deliveries will be subject to a new delivery charge. Deliveries that are changed or canceled after this time window may be subject to a handling fee.
We want to give you the best service possible. You must pre-schedule the pick-up of your order 48 hours prior to the pick-up time.
We will assist in the loading of your merchandise, but we are not responsible for securing goods in your vehicle. Our responsibility ends at the loading dock.
We do not supply ropes, pads or ties. Not all furniture is packaged or wrapped. You must be prepared to protect and transport your purchase. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle.
Customer pickups may be made at the warehouse from 9:00 to 4:30, Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 4:30.
We retain the right to refuse any service if you do not bring your receipt or invoice with you on pickup.
A 24-hour line is available for you to notify us of your service needs. You must leave a valid phone number for our service department to contact you. Your call will usually be returned within 48 hours. Please have your original invoice or receipt available for product and warranty information. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT RETURNABLE. Only small decorative items and merchandise with verified manufacturing defects will be eligible for refund or exchange. Any refunds are subject o approval by management. Purchases must be refunded to the mode of payment originally given i.e. a purchase made with a credit card can only be refunded to that card. No refunds will be granted against checks written less than 15 banking days from the refund request date. A check will be issued once this period has elapsed.
Refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser as determined by the name on the receipt or invoice.
Sales on bedding and mattresses are final and cannot be returned.
We warranty items to be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one year effective from the date of delivery. Should any defect be discovered, the item purchased will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you, based upon our determination and only after the item has been inspected by our service team. This is the only recourse available to the customer to resolve the defect.
This warranty is void if we deem that the damage was caused by abuse, negligence or by accident. We do not cover normal wear, fading of fabrics and normal body impressions in mattresses and seat cushions. We are absolved of responsibility once the merchandise has been relocated, repaired, or tampered with by the customer.
For service out of our normal delivery area, the customer is required to return said item to our local warehouse for repair. We may also send replacement parts to the customer if the item is still covered by our one year warranty. This warranty is non-transferable nor may it be extended by the replacement or repair of the item. Fabric protection warranties and extended warranties are solely between the customer and the provider of the protection or extended warranty.
Please note that our lifetime wooden frame warranty on all upholstered furniture included parts and labor in the first year and parts only after one year.
Special orders are made according to the customer's specifications and requirements. Any and all deposits are not refundable once the order is in progress with the supplier. Delivery dates are based on what our suppliers tell us. They are not binding, nor grounds for cancellation. You will be notified to schedule a delivery as soon as your order arrives.
