"After my horrible experience at Jerome's Furniture store in El Cajon I decided to take all my furniture shopping business elsewhere. I have purchased items from Cash & Carry furniture over the years. I needed a lift recliner chair for my elderly mother. They had plenty to pick from. They delivered it promptly 2 the nursing home where my mom was getting therapy. The staff were very courteous and helpful and every way. I highly recommend cash and carry furniture. They don't have all the bells and whistles for decorating but the quality is still there and the customer service is outstanding"

"I have heard great things, I was so impressed. Daniel took care of us and was so patient when we could not decide what would work best in our home. We found a set we loved and was so worried it would not fit, but the measurements kept changing according to the catalogs and he went the extra mile and called the manufactures to get the exact measurements for us. "We went in to look for a chest of drawers for the bedroom. My friend is notoriously PICKY about things whenever she shops, and also has a hard time making a decision. We were helped by Ashley. This woman went above and beyond the call of duty to try to help us. She showed us several catalogs, and explained how the colors in the pictures might be slightly different than the actual item would appear in natural lighting. She even called one of the manufacturers to ask what materials were used in one of the chests my friend was considering. Eventually my friend decided on one of the floor models in the store. "My sister and I came in today to browse around for a new couch for her place. Having been to cash and carry before, the staff never fails to amaze me with their 5 star service and family culture. Yousif promptly greeted us upon entering and was very helpful in explaining the different styles and offers , along with being honest about the pricing. We ended up picking up a nice medium sized ashley brand couch that was definitely below retail rate.David at the front end was also helpful in describing options, and made the transaction process a breeze. The gentlemen loading the furniture were also very helpful and careful as well as wishing us a good day. Something most retail stores don't have the decency to do lol. Never once before or present was I ever upsold and most of all they give the customers the space they need without feeling pressured to buy anything. The place sells itself with its quality furniture and service from all staff!"
